Joan has over 20 years of hands-on Human Resource experience and 8 years of combined PEO experience. She is currently completing continuing studies in Human Resource Administration at the University of Denver. She has developed and managed many different aspects of the Human Resource arena including training and development and core fundamentals of benefits and compensation. At Discovery, Joan is responsible for advising and counseling clients on the critical elements of Human Resources and the operational aspects of Client Services. With her vast knowledge and excellent customer service skills, she helps our clients and their employees with a comprehensive and professional HR experience.
